If you did not reregister in the area but want to vote, and are registered in the county, you can go to any polling place and ask for a provisional ballot.
Who would need a provisional ballot? You claim to be properly registered and eligible to vote in the election district, but your name does not appear on the district register (poll book) and elections officials cannot determine your registration. These ballots are verified prior to counting.

Great information. I have passed this on to family and friends to help "get out the vote".
The one thing you CANNOT do is not vote, and then complain!
