PLEASE MAKE A PRINTABLE COPY OF THIS E-MAIL AND DISTRIBUTE IT TO YOUR NEIGHBORS--we need to spread the message and need everyone's help!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are working with the Fire Marshall, Rich Snyder, to form Red Flag Fire Patrols to be extra eyes on the ground when RED FLAG alerts are called.

As you know from the television news, these alerts are called when low fuel moisture, high temperatures and hot, dry winds in the canyons and foothills combine to exaggerate the fire danger in our foothills.

You may not be able to devote much time to actually patrolling but your awareness of the problem is nevertheless very helpful.
